Below are the rental rates for 2025.
We require a 3-night minimum stay and the rates vary based on weekdays vs. weekend stays.  


Rental Rates:

  • May - September weekday stay: $400 per night

  • May - September weekend stay : $600 per night

  • Cleaning Fee: $200.00 (one-time charge)

  • Deposit: 50% of Rental Fee, due at time of signing

  • HOLIDAY RATE: Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day) are rented at a 30% increase per night.
